Our toy boxes are easy to look after. Just wipe with a soft, damp cloth whenever needed. Foam can be removed from the cushion covers for easy cleaning - we recommend spot cleaning to ensure the covers do not loose their shape.

Our toy boxes measure 81 × 40 × 46.5 cm, with 35mm foam cushioning, offering plenty of room for toys, books, and special treasures. They’re designed to be both practical and stylish, fitting beautifully into bedrooms, playrooms, or living spaces.

Each of our toy boxes are made from strong, durable MDF board and finished with SGS-certified, non-toxic rated paint, safe for little ones. The cushion foam is Flexible Polyurethane Foam. All name plates are laser cut using high quality 2mm acrylic.

Fabric can differ box to box depending on design. Most of our fabrics are 100% cotton, however if this is something that is important to you, send us a message and we will let you know based on your specific fabric choice.

Yes! Every box can be customised with your child’s name, and you can choose your preferred colour and font. We’ll confirm all your details before we start, so your toy box turns out exactly how you imagined it.

As our toy boxes are made to order and personalised, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect name spelling provided by the customer, or preference changes.

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the toy box with photos so we can resolve the issue.

We offer a 12 month workmanship warranty from the date of delivery. This covers defects in materials or construction under normal household use.

This warranty does not cover:

• General wear and tear.
  
• Damage caused by misuse or impact.
  
• Damage caused by exposure to moisture or outdoor use.
